This is a very, very easy place to find a home and a place to join a winning team. The long-term vision for Onyx is to create a culture, lots of which are college age, to bring them in, and the first thing that we're going to do is teach them how to be better salesmen. Our leadership is the best of the best. You'll never find people who are willing to go in the trenches with you, from ownership all the way down. If you want to sell a product that is so simple and easy that it would be harder to fail than it is to succeed, come be a part of Onyx. If you think about it, you go to the customer's home. Many people already have internet. We show up, it's a better internet, it's a faster speed for a cheaper price. It's an absolute no-brainer for the customer. It's a very logical decision. We love to show up to a customer's home with a very logical decision, and that is exactly what this is. There's no better place to be. Lots of incentives, trips. We're just getting started. What I love about the financial opportunity here at Onyx is that we have not just an opportunity but a program that anyone can plug into.
