Our Tampa team sells Verizon Fiber (Frontier) and Verizon Wireless to homeowners who are ready for something faster and more reliable. It is an established market with a working process already in place - team, coaching, and a track record behind it. We are only opening 4-5 spots right now so we can actually coach the people who join, not just fill a roster.
Pay
$1,000 - $10,000 a week
Part-time, contract, or full-time. Choose your own hours; weekends as needed.
How Pay Actually Works Here
- The stacked commission play. Verizon Fiber pays once per household. Verizon Wireless pays per line, and most households add more than one - so a single good conversation at one door can turn into multiple commissions.
- Uncapped, performance-based pay, with some of the best commission rates in fiber - it grows with your production, no waiting on a promotion cycle.
- Partner bonuses for the homes Verizon isn't right for. Hand off a quick follow-up call to AT&T or Vivint Home Security and still collect a bonus once they close it.
- Bonuses on top of bonuses - daily, weekly, monthly, plus contests for cash, gift cards, gear, and trips.
- Weekly pay. You feel the results of your work right away, not a month later.
What You Would Actually Be Doing
- Knocking doors in residential neighborhoods, pitching Verizon Fiber and Verizon Wireless using a process we teach you.
- Explaining, in plain terms, why fiber beats what most people already have, and why adding a line makes sense for their household.
- Closing on the door, generating referrals, and representing Onyx and Verizon well in the Tampa area.
- A company iPad, ready to go, preloaded with everything you need to quote and close right at the door.
